Eternus Industries

In a world that is moving away from family values and family businesses and based in an industry that is far from family orientated stands Eternus Industries a thriving industrial family business.

Started by Jerad Ballard in 1945 as a small company specializing in armored car plating for dignitaries and businessmen of the time and staffed by a small workforce. As the years passed the company was at the forefront of the armored metal business and Jerad was at the head of a successful ship that moved from strength to strength. Growing from a single unit Eternus Industries expanded over the coming years and developed a research and Development department that pushed it to the forefront of the break out industry.

In the early 1980s the Company passed from father to son and came into the hands of Jerad’s oldest song Richard who continued to take the company from strength to strength through the slump of the end of the last century that forced many companies to seek labor forces overseas. However, Eternus Industries remained American owned and operated even expanding to include an testing floor along with it’s in house production.

Last year Eternus Industries grossed over $50 Billion on both foreign and domestic contracts while in the hands of Richard Chamberlin and his son, vice president Bradley Ballard who will take over the head of the company when his father steps down next year. Richard has always preferred to keep a suit on and remain in the office, while Brad is a very hands on VP often walking the floors and learning the craft he will so take over the lead of.

The 27 year old handsome Vice President was not just born into the industry, Brad learn the entire company from hands on hard work. “I wanted to know how every inch of the business worked before I started calling the shots” He said from the test floor. Ladies, before any of you start submitting you resumes to fill a space in this Gent’s heart, be aware the billionaire and heir to the fortune is very much in love with his longtime girlfriend. And no brother in sight, sorry.

Eternus Industries is based in the somewhat sleep town of Pitkin, Colorado. The compound itself seems to cover an area of 3 football fields and seems very small for their output and gross income, but the majority of Eternus is built into the mountains. “That’s why we choose Pitkin, for its mountains. Cuts down on energy losses and gives us space without having to destroy the natural habitat.” An exact size of the coverage was difficult to pry from the Ballard family, but the area is surrounded by a perimeter fence spanning around 10 miles and has a drive way that takes security teams an hour to patrol. Their work floors, research and main complex run back into the rock.

In recent years it has been argued that the true reason for the choice of location is because of the security the mountains afford the research and development based company. The rock of the surrounding mountains is impenetrable by radar and unseen from space satellites. The young VP laughed it off, “The rocks were cheaper than roofing.” But with the non-disclosure and secrets act like agreement we had to sign this reporter can’t help buying into this little conspiracy theory.
